עתה נתקבל מכתבן עם המוסג"ב. וטוב במאד מאד עריכת הפגישה עם האמהות של ביה"ס ד ... ובודאי ימשיכו בכגון דא, כי חזקה לתעמולה שאינה חוזרת ריקם, אף שלפעמים נראות התוצאות רק לאחר זמן.
בטח יפנו להנהלת אגודת חב"ד בבקשה להמציא להן נואם או מרצה בעת ההתועדויות שלהן - אם זקוקות לכך, לפי דעתן (לדעתי, כמה מהחברות שלהן ראויות להרציא וכו'). ובודאי ימלאו הבקשה.

In these days before Pesach, as our Rebbeim of blessed memory tell us, it was in the merit of the righteous women of that generation that the redemption from Egypt took place. So may we all merit very soon to the true and complete redemption through Moshiach Tzidkeinu. To hasten and contribute to this — and in a very great measure — can be accomplished by the women of our generation.
May Hashem grant you success. With honor and wishes for a kosher and joyous Pesach holiday to each of you and all your household members.
I have now received your letter with its enclosure. It is very, very good that you arranged a meeting with the mothers of school D... Surely you will continue with such activities, for it is certain that outreach efforts never return empty-handed, even though sometimes results are seen only after some time.
You will surely turn to the administration of Agudas Chabad to request a speaker or lecturer for your gatherings — if needed, according to your judgment (in my opinion, some among your group are suitable to lecture themselves, etc.). Surely your request will be fulfilled.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that just as righteous women brought about redemption from Egypt, so too can women today bring about the final redemption through their unique efforts and activism. Persistent outreach always yields results, even if not immediately visible.
