איז ספּעציעל וויכטיג פאר דער אידישע פרוי בכלל - און עסקניות בפרט - צו געדענקען דעם ספּעציעלען זכות און די ספּעציעלע פליכטען וואס ליגען אויף דער אידישע פרוי, און דעם חלק וואס זי פארנעמט אין "יציאת מצרים" פון אמאל און היינט.
חז"ל דערציילען אונז, אז אין דעם זכות פון די נשים צדקניות זיינען די אידען אויסגעלייזט געווארען פון מצרים. זיי האבען זיך ניט דערשראקען פאר די גזירות פון מלך מצרים, וואס האט געוואלט פארניכטען אידישע קינדער, נאר זיי האבן אויפגעשטעלט, און מיט גרויס מסירת נפש, א דור פון אידישע קינדער, וואס האבען דערנאך געזאגט נעשה ונשמע און מקבל געווען די תורה.
איך האף אז איר, אלס איבערגעגעבענע טוערינס פאר די ישיבות תומכי תמימים ליובאוויטש, וועלכע זיינען געגרינדעט געווארען דורך כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, און ערציהען די תלמידים אז זיי זאלען אנגעהן מיט דעם נעשה ונשמע - זייער גאנצען לעבען און שטייגען אין תורה תמימה ויראת שמים.
וועט ווייטער אנפירען אייער ארבעט. און נאך מיט מער איבערגעגעבענהייט און מסירת נפש.

May Hashem Yisbarech help that it should be successful, both materially and spiritually.
Since the banquet is taking place in the week of Parshas Va'era—which tells about Egypt and the Exodus from Egypt of old and also hints at the "Exodus from Egypt" in our times, how to free oneself from exile and all limitations both materially and spiritually—it is especially important for the Jewish woman in general, and for activists in particular, to remember the special merit and unique responsibilities that rest upon the Jewish woman, as well as her part in the "Exodus from Egypt" then and now.
Our Sages tell us that in the merit of righteous women, the Jews were redeemed from Egypt. They were not intimidated by Pharaoh's decrees aimed at destroying Jewish children; rather, they stood up with great self-sacrifice to raise a generation of Jewish children who later declared Na'aseh v'Nishma ("We will do and we will hear") and received the Torah.
I hope that you—as devoted activists for Yeshivos Tomchei Temimim Lubavitch, which were founded by my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal—will educate students so they live with Na'aseh v'Nishma their entire lives and grow in complete Torah observance and awe of Heaven. May you continue your work with even greater devotion and self-sacrifice.
And may Hashem grant you all success—in this endeavor as well as in your personal matters both materially and spiritually.
