די יערלעכע חגיגה פון די "בית-שרה" סקולס, וואס דארף פארקומען בע"ה זונטאג א' דראש-חדש אדר, קומט אויס אין דער וואך פון דער סדרה תרומה, וואו עס ווערט דערציילט וועגן דעם בויען פון משכן און מקדש. דאס דארף דערמאנען און אונטערשטרייכען די וויכטיקייט פון דער אידישער פרוי און טאכטער אין אלע פרטים פונם אידישען לעבן - אלס טאן-געבערין און וועג-ווייזערין.
ווארום, ווי די תורה דערציילט, זיינען די פרויען געווען די ערשטע צו נעמען א חלק אין בויען דעם הייליקען ארט פאר דער ג-טלעכער שכינה, און זיי האבן זיך אנטזאגט צו נעמען א חלק אין דעם גאלדענעם עגל, וואס איז געווען דער היפך דערפון.
א אידישע טאכטער, דורך דער ריכטיקער ערציאונג ברוח התורה, פילט מיט אן אינערלעכן ג-ט געבענטשטן חוש, וואס איז הייליק און דארף געשטיצט ווערן, און וואס עס איז שעדלעך און דארף דערווייטערט ווערן פון אידישן לעבען.
און אין דער איצטיקער צייט, ווען גוט און שלעכטס, ליכט און פינסטערניש, ווערן אפט פארטוישט, איז, נאך מער ווי אלעמאל, א לעאבנס-נויטווענדיקייט, אז די אידישע טאכטער זאל באקומען א תורה-חינוך על-טהרת-הקדש, כדי זי זאל קענען פארנעמען איר ריכטיקן ארט אלס עקרת-הבית, וואס אין אירע הענט, אין א גרויסער מאס, ליגט די צוקונפט פון בית ישראל.
אין די "בית שרה" סקולס ווערן אידישע טעכטער צוגעגרייט גאר פון דער פריסטער יוגנט אנצוהאלטן די מסורה (טראדיציע) פון אונזערע מוטערס שרה, רבקה, רחל און לאה, און די אלע דורות פון טרייע אידישע מוטערס וועלכע האבן געהיט און אפגעהיט די יסודות פון דער אידישער היים און דעם אידישען לעבן.
איך ווענדע זיך דעריבער מיט א קריאה של התעוררות צו אלעמען וועלכע האלטן טייער אידן און אמת'ע אידישקייט - וואס איינע אן די צווייטע קען ניט עקזעסטירען - און שאצן אפ די וויכטיקייט פון חינוך הבנות על-טהרת-הקדש, און צו אנ"ש בפרט, צו שטיצן די "בית שרה" סקולס, וועלכע זיינען געגרינדעט געווארען פון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, און העלפען שאפן די פינאנציעלע מיטלען וועלכע זיינען נויטיק אויף אויפצוהאלטען די דאזיקע מוסדות און דערמעגלעכן זייער אויסברייטונג.
און דער זכות פון שטארקן דעם חינוך בנות ישראל ברוח ישראל סבא וועט זיכער ביישטיין די שטיצער און מיטהעלפער, אז השם יתברך זאל זיי העלפן אין אלעס וואס זיי נויטיקן זיך בגשמיות וברוחניות.

To all friends of kosher education and the participants in the annual celebration of "Beis Sarah" in particular—may Hashem be upon you and grant you life—greetings and blessings!
The annual celebration of the "Beis Sarah" schools, which is to take place with G‑d's help on Sunday, Rosh Chodesh Adar, falls this year during the week of Parshas Terumah. In this parsha, we read about the building of the Mishkan and Mikdash. This should remind us and emphasize the importance of the Jewish woman and daughter in every detail of Jewish life—as a doer and a guide.
For, as the Torah recounts, it was the women who were first to take part in building the holy place for the Divine Presence (Shechinah), and they refused to participate in making the Golden Calf, which was its opposite.
A Jewish daughter, through proper education imbued with Torah spirit, is filled with an inner G‑d-given sense for what is holy and should be supported—and for what is harmful and must be distanced from Jewish life.
In our present time—when good and bad, light and darkness are often confused—it is more necessary than ever that a Jewish daughter receive a Torah education al taharas hakodesh (in purity), so she can fulfill her true role as akeres habayis (foundation of the home), upon whom rests to a great extent the future of Beis Yisrael.
In "Beis Sarah" schools, Jewish girls are prepared from their earliest youth to uphold the mesorah (tradition) of our mothers Sarah, Rivkah, Rachel, and Leah—and all generations of devoted Jewish mothers who have guarded and preserved the foundations of the Jewish home and life.
I therefore call out with an awakening appeal to all who cherish Jews and authentic Judaism—for one cannot exist without the other—to appreciate the importance of educating girls al taharas hakodesh. Especially to Anash (our community), I urge support for "Beis Sarah" schools—which were founded by my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal—and to help provide the financial means necessary to maintain these institutions and enable their expansion.
The merit of strengthening Bnos Yisrael's education in the spirit of Yisrael Saba will surely stand by those who support and assist—that Hashem Yisbarach will help them in all their needs both materially and spiritually.

The Rebbe teaches that just as women led in building holiness during the Mishkan's construction, so too must we prioritize girls' Torah education today. Supporting such institutions ensures a strong future for Jewish homes and communities.
