בנועם נתקבל מכתבן, אף כי באיחור זמן, על דבר החלטתן לארגן "נשי ובנות חב"ד" במקום, וראשית פעולותיהן בזה.
ויהי רצון שיהי' בשעה טובה ומוצלחת
וחפץ
ה' בידן יצליח למלא תפקידן במילואו ולהרחיב פעולותיהן בכמות (בריבוי החברות) ובאיכות (להרבות באור וחיות הפעולות) גם יחד.
ובודאי עומדות בקישור עם מרכז נשי ובנות חב"ד אשר בארצנו הקדושה,
וכבר נאמר
ותשועה ברוב יועץ, ובפרט שיש להן כבר נסיון והצלחה זה מכמה שנים.
ואשמח לקבל מזמן לזמן ידיעות ובשורות טובות מהן ומפעולותיהן, ובאופן דמוסיף והולך מוסיף ואור. והרי זה צנור וכלי לקבלת ברכות השי"ת בכל המצטרך לכל אחת ואחת מהן, בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.
ובפרט שבאים אנו מיום ההילולא של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, אשר בודאי יודעות פרשת דברי ימי חייו ועבודתו ועד כמה החשיב והדגיש פעולות נשי ובנות חב"ד בהפצת היהדות באור וחיות חסידותיים, בכל מקום ועל אחת כמה וכמה באה"ק ת"ו על ידי משיח צדקנו ב"ב.

Your letter was received pleasantly, even though it arrived after some delay, regarding your decision to organize a Nshei U'Bnos Chabad group in your area and the initial steps you have taken. May it be G‑d's will that this be at an auspicious and successful time, and may the desire of Hashem prosper in your hands to fulfill your role completely and to expand your activities both quantitatively (increasing membership) and qualitatively (increasing the light and vitality of the activities) together.
Certainly you are connected with the central Nshei U'Bnos Chabad organization in our Holy Land, as it is already stated: "Uteshuah Berov Yoetz" (and salvation is through many counselors), especially since they already have years of experience and success.
I would be pleased to receive from time to time news and good tidings from you and about your activities, in a manner of ever-increasing growth in light. This is a channel and vessel for receiving Hashem's blessings for everything each one of you needs, both materially and spiritually.
Especially as we are coming from the day of the hilulah (yahrzeit) of my revered father-in-law, the Admor, whom you surely know about his life's story and work — how much he valued and emphasized the activities of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad in spreading Judaism with chassidic light and vitality everywhere; how much more so now as we approach redemption through our righteous Moshiach speedily.
