ארץ ישראל (Eretz Yisrael) is the Hebrew name for the Land of Israel, which holds a central and sacred place in Jewish history, religion, and identity. Eretz Yisrael is considered the Promised Land, given by Hashem to the descendants of Avraham, Yitzchak, and Yaakov.
