I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter and its enclosures. There are updates and instructions regarding kashrus and religious matters on ships. I have also received additional supplements to the above, sent via your office. Many thanks for your attention in sending me all this information.

Although I have not mentioned this until now, I hope that my letter was received in due time with a copy of the instruction concerning the machines or parts of the machines that must be operated by hand several times each day throughout the twenty-four hours.

Accordingly, you have surely acted to issue a clear halachic ruling on this matter, as discussed here.

With honor and blessing that ultimately may Hashem grant you merit and success so that there will be elevation—both material and spiritual together—and especially since regarding the Jewish people these are interdependent. For they are one nation in the land; meaning even in matters of the land they do not separate from the one truth, G‑d forbid (see Iggeres HaKodesh by Rabbeinu HaZaken sec. 9).

And may Eretz Yisrael be higher than all other lands—even openly visible to all—in every sense, so that the prophecy will be fulfilled: "And many nations will go and say: Come, let us go up... for from Zion shall go forth Torah and the word of Hashem from Jerusalem."
