Regarding health matters – follow the instructions of a specialist doctor in your area. It is not advisable to travel abroad, as there are expert doctors locally, and the merit of your community helps. Daily conduct should be according to Shulchan Aruch (including trust in Hashem). Check the mezuzot. I will mention you at the Tziyun.
