בכלל צ"ע אם להדגיש על כל צעד ושעל ועל כל ענין וענין שזהו משפיץ חב"ד, כיון שבכמה ענינים הכוונה התיכונה להמשיך להן חוג רחב היותר אפשרי ולהשפיע עליו בדברי נועם, ונוסח הנ"ל יכול להפחיד כמה חוגי אנשים, מובן שכאן אין ידוע אם בהנוגע לקייטנא המצב כן הוא, אבל בכל אופן צריך להתבונן גם בנקודה זו בדיון בעניני פרסומות וכו'ו

In response to your letters from the 9th and 13th of Sivan, in which you write about the name for the summer camp: by now you have surely received the letter from here with the suggestion that all summer camps in every country should share a common name—Gan Yisrael—alongside 'Merkaz L'Inyanei Chinuch' and the specific branch.
In general, it is questionable whether to emphasize at every step and in every matter that this is a Chabad institution. In many cases, the main intention is to reach as broad a circle as possible and to influence them pleasantly. The above-mentioned wording can frighten off certain groups. Of course, it is not known whether this applies to your camp specifically, but in any case, this point should also be considered when discussing publicity and similar matters.
