Regarding your question about the building plans in connection with laying the cornerstone, where there is an opinion to include another building and others disagree due to the additional expense: This approach is not understood at all, since you are only at the beginning of fundraising. The question of this extra expense will only become relevant after a substantial sum has been collected and part of the buildings have been started and completed. Only then should you decide whether to also include a hall, etc.

From this it is clear that if including a hall in the plans will make fundraising easier, then this should be done.
