ובמ"ש ע"ד הרבנית מרת מארקוס תחי' אשר עלה ברצונה הטוב למסור שני ספרי תורה לכפר חב"ד אשר באה"ק ת"ו, נכון הדבר. וכיון שאמרו חז"ל מצוה לפרסם עושי מצוה, בטח ועד הכפר יעשו זכרון באופן המתאים לנשמת בעלה הרב ע"ה, בקשר עם מסירת הספרי תורה לבית הכנסת אשר בכפר חב"ד.
במ"ש אודות כתיבת (פצוע) דכא, ידוע הוראת רבנו הזקן בזה לכתוב באל"ף, וכבר מסר כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, שראה בעצמו ס"ת שע"פ קבלה כתבה מהר"ם מרוטנברג, וכתוב שם באל"ף, וכן בס"ת בפראג אשר הגיה עזרא הסופר, ג"כ באל"ף, ולכן בודאי שבס"ת הנ"ל יהי' ע"פ הוראת רבנו הזקן בעל התניא (פוסק בנסתר דתורה והשו"ע פוסק בנגלה דתורה).
בשאלתו, האם לבוא בכתובים עם קרוביו שבמדינתנו לפנים - הנה כיון שהמתין עד עתה כדאי לחכות להזמן שיוטבו היחסים מאה"ק ת"ו לשם, פרט באם יכול לכתוב ע"י מי שהוא הנמצא עתה בפולין שמשם ישלחו המכתב לקרוביו.

And since our Sages say it is a mitzvah to publicize those who do mitzvos, surely the village committee will make a memorial in an appropriate manner for the soul of her husband the Rav of blessed memory, in connection with donating the Sifrei Torah to the synagogue in Kfar Chabad.
About writing (Petzua) Daka: it is known that our Rebbe the Alter Rebbe instructed to write it with an alef. The Previous Rebbe already conveyed that he personally saw a Sefer Torah written according to kabbalah by Maharam of Rothenburg where it was written with an alef; likewise in a Sefer Torah in Prague corrected by Ezra HaSofer it is also with an alef. Therefore certainly in the above-mentioned Sefer Torah it should be according to the instruction of our Rebbe the Alter Rebbe Baal HaTanya (the posek in the hidden aspects of Torah and Shulchan Aruch is posek in revealed aspects).
In your question whether to correspond with your relatives who are formerly from our country: since you have waited until now, it is worthwhile to wait until relations improve from Eretz HaKodesh may it be rebuilt and established to there—unless you can write through someone currently in Poland who can send the letter to your relatives.
