מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו שנתקבל ערב יום הבהיר יום הגאולה, וכבקשתו אזכירו ואת ב"ב שיחיו על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע בעל השמחה, ויה"ר שלאריכות ימים ושנים טובות יתעסק בסביבתו בהפצת המעינות חוצה ענין בו עבד בעל השמחה ועד כדי מס"נ, והרי מבואר באגה"ק דבתר דאתפטר אשתכח יתיר ונקל מאד לתלמידיו לקבל חלקם מבחי' רוח רבם העצמיות וכו' ולא זיום בלבד, ולפום גמלא שיחנא.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter which arrived on the eve of the bright day, the Day of Redemption. As you requested, I will mention you and your entire family at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal (may his merit protect us), who is the one celebrating this day. May it be His will that you have long and good years, and that you occupy yourself in your surroundings with spreading the wellsprings outward—an endeavor in which the one celebrating this day was involved even to self-sacrifice.
It is explained in Iggeres HaKodesh that after a tzaddik's passing he is found even more so [with his students], and it is very easy for his students to receive their share from their Rebbe's essential spirit—not just a mere radiance. And "according to the camel is its load."
With blessings for Chag HaGeulah and regards to your household; may they live long.
