במענה על מכתבו מבדר"ח תמוז, במ"ש אודות חופש הקיץ שחלק ממנו לקחו להמשכת הלימודים בבתי ספר הרשת, שלדעתו יפריע זה להשתלמות המורים וכו'. - הנה החלק שלקחו הוא פחות משבועים, ובכלל הרי נחוצה ההוספה ביותר כיון שהיא תועלת כו"כ תלמידים, ולכן מובטחים אנו שלא רק שלא יגרום היזק להמשתדלים בזה, אלא אדרבה, ובפרט שהוספה הנ"ל בבתי ספר הרשת מוכרח שהרי צ"ל ה'ונפלינו, ולכן תקותי שישפיע על כל המורים-ות שבהנהלתו שישתפו פעולה בהנ"ל.
אחכה לבשו"ט מהוספת תלמידים מתאים לכתבו ולהרחבת ביה"ס לא רק בכמות אלא גם באיכות.
ולהודעתו עוה"פ שנכנסו לדירה חדשה אכפול ברכתי שיהי' משנה מקום משנה מזל לטובה ולברכה...

In response to your letter from around Rosh Chodesh Tammuz, regarding what you wrote about the summer break—part of which was taken for continued studies in the network schools—and your opinion that this would interfere with teacher development, etc.: The portion taken is less than two weeks. In general, an increase is very necessary since it benefits many students. Therefore, we are assured that not only will this not cause harm to those involved in this effort, but on the contrary—it will be beneficial. Especially since such an addition in the network schools is essential because there must be 'Veniflinu' ("We shall be distinguished"). Therefore, I hope you will influence all the teachers under your management to cooperate in this matter.
I await good news regarding an increase in students as you wrote and an expansion of the school not only in quantity but also in quality.
Regarding your notification once again that you have moved into a new apartment—I repeat my blessing: "A change of place brings a change of fortune for good and blessing..."
