אלא שלימוד זכות על הביטוי, שגם יעקב אבינו נשא עיניו אל ההרים מאין יבוא עזרי, אבל כמובן אין זה מספיק, שהרי סיפור ע"ד יעקב אבינו הוא סיפור ע"מ להורות לכל הבאים אחריו, שבאם מי שהוא יעמיד השאלה, תשובה מוכנה מאבינו יעקב - עזרי מעם ה'.
ויהי רצון שבקרוב ממש, תומשך ברכת השי"ת בנוסח הברכה האמורה למטה מעשרה טפחים.

... Regarding the end of your letter, that you still have not found any source of livelihood—certainly, with all due respect, you were not precise in your wording. For it is clear—and we say this with authority—that Hashem Elokeinu Melech HaOlam HaZan Et HaOlam Kulo B'Tuvo B'Chen U'V'Chesed U'V'Rachamim etc. ("Hashem our G‑d, King of the universe, who sustains the entire world with His goodness, grace, kindness, and mercy"), and even though Birkat HaMazon is from the Torah but not its exact text, in addition to the words of the Sages being pleasant and their matters weighty, the text of the first blessing of Birkat HaMazon was instituted by Moshe Rabbeinu—the first recipient of Torah, the faithful shepherd of all Jews in every generation until today—not 'until the sea' but 'until today,' the last (Sifri on that verse). However, to judge favorably regarding your expression—even Yaakov Avinu lifted his eyes to the mountains: Me'Ayin Yavo Ezri ("From where will my help come?"). But obviously this is not sufficient; for the story about Yaakov Avinu is told to teach all those who come after him that if someone raises such a question, Yaakov our father already prepared an answer: Ezri Me'Im Hashem ("My help comes from Hashem"). May it be G‑d's will that very soon G‑d's blessing will be drawn down in the wording of this blessing below ten handbreadths.

P.S. Even though you do not mention anything about studying Chassidus, I hope you set aside time for it; and at least from now on you should establish such times—as is well known regarding always increasing in holiness—as we discussed when we met.
