וואס מען האט אייך געשריבען צו געבען צדקה אין באשטימטע צייטען, אזוי ווי די אנגעוויזענע צייטען זיינען באזונדער מזל'דיק אז השם יתברך זאל מקיים זיין און אננעמען די בקשה, איז ווען אפילו איר גיט פיל צדקה אין אנדערע צייטען, זאלט איר אבער דורכאויס טאן אין די אנגעוויזענע צייטען מעג זיין אפילו נאר א פעני אדער צוויי, און השם יתברך ויתעלה זאל אייך מצליח זיין צו אנזאגען גוטע בשורות וועגען זיך און אייערע קינדער שיחיו.

In response to your letter in which you wrote the names of your daughters, may they live. At an auspicious time, they and your children, may they live, will also be mentioned at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal.
Regarding what was written to you about giving tzedakah at specific times—since these designated times are especially auspicious so that Hashem Yisbarach should fulfill and accept the request—even if you give much tzedakah at other times, you should still make sure to give during these designated times, even if it is only a penny or two. May Hashem Yisbarach v'Yisaleh grant you success to share good news regarding yourself and your children, may they live.

P.S. The fact that the previous letter was signed by the secretariat was only the signature; but everything was written word for word as I conveyed it. And to confirm this, I am signing this letter myself—as an exception.
