בעמדנו ימים ספורים לפני ימי סגולה, י"ב וי"ג תמוז, גאולת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא ישראל, זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע,
יהי רצון שתתוסף הברכה וההצלחה הן בגשמיות והן ברוחניות בכל עניני הכפר, הן הענינים הכללים והן בענינים הפרטים של כל אחד ואחת מתושבי הכפר,
שהרי הכפר הוא מיסודו ובהנהלתו של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא ישראל בעל השמחה.
ובפרט אשר נתוסף ענין השלום בין תושבי הכפר, כאו"א למגדול ועד קטן, שזהו ג"כ בין איש לרעהו, כיון שהנפש והרוח מי יודע גדולתן ומעלתן וכו' (תניא פרק ל"ב עיי"ש).
ובפרט שכולם חברים אמיתיים בתורה ומצות ועד שנעשו חברים לנותן התורה והמצוה, רעך ורע אביך (עיין רש"י שבת ל"א א' ד"ה דעלך) והובטחנו בתורתנו תורת חיים, לא מצא הקב"ה כלי מחזיק ברכה לישראל אלא השלום.
וביחוד בכפר חב"ד שהוא כנ"ל מיסודו ובהנהלתו של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא ישראל.

As we stand just days before the auspicious days of Yud-Beis and Yud-Gimmel Tammuz, the redemption of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, leader of Israel—may the memory of the righteous and holy be a blessing for life in the World to Come—may it be G‑d's will that there be increased blessing and success both materially and spiritually in all matters of the village: both in general matters and in the individual matters of each and every resident. For the village is founded by and under the leadership of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, leader of Israel and master of this joyous occasion.
Especially now that there has been an increase in peace among the residents of the village—from great to small—which is also between one person and another; since who knows the greatness and virtue of each soul and spirit (see Tanya ch. 32). And especially as all are true friends in Torah and mitzvos, to the point that they have become friends with He Who gives Torah and mitzvah—"your friend and your father's friend" (see Rashi Shabbos 31a s.v. d'alach). And we have been assured by our Torah, a Torah of life: "The Holy One, blessed be He, found no vessel to contain blessing for Israel except for peace."
And especially in Kfar Chabad which, as above, is founded by and under the leadership of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, leader of Israel.
With blessings for Chag HaGeulah (the Festival of Redemption) and for good news.
And we have been assured: end of tractate Uktzin.
