Shalom u'Vrachah!

...It is surely known to you about the arrival of several of our Anash refugees to Detroit, and you have met with them from time to time and also participate in Chassidic gatherings. May Hashem grant you success that they will renew (afreshen) and recall their source, and that it will be recognized in them: "Here walks a Chassid of my revered father-in-law the Rebbe, of blessed memory," and a true Chassidic educator.

Summary

The Rebbe encourages involvement with new arrivals among Anash, emphasizing the importance of renewing their Chassidic spirit and remembering their roots so they are recognized as authentic Chassidim and educators.
