Regarding what you wrote about completely suspending learning in the Beis Rabbeinu for a month because of the heat, etc.—if it is absolutely impossible, then I understand. But if it is possible at all, it is clear that a total cessation is not desirable at all. "And if you abandon Me for one day..."—how much more so for a long period.
