Chasidim Succeed by Supporting, Not Competing with Each Other

The Rebbe writes that the success of Chasidim depends on recognizing they are not competitors but supporters of one another. When this unity is lacking in action, it disrupts channels of blessing, as taught by the tzt"z: unity brings blessing.

Shalom u'Vrachah!

... For some time now I have written that the success of Anash depends on agreeing to the truth that they are not competitors but rather supporters of one another. However, as long as this is not evident in practice and action, it damages the channels and the flow [of blessings], and as the tzt"z says: Alef. Bet. Unity. Blessing. etc...

With blessing.

Summary

The Rebbe teaches that true success among Chasidim comes when they support each other rather than compete. Lack of unity disrupts blessings; unity brings them.
