You write that you are a student of Haratza"tz Haraha"g etc. etc. Moreinu HaRav Yosef Dushinsky z"l, and that your son—may he be separated for good—was named after him. Surely you do everything you can to follow the paths that Haratza"tz Haraha"g Dushinsky desired, and also to have a generous eye toward others by bringing them closer to Yiddishkeit. I am interested in knowing more details about this.
Regarding what you wrote, that Yiddishkeit in your area is very weak—this alone is sufficient reason that whoever finds themselves in such a place should work to strengthen it.
And as for your comment that better shluchim are needed for this—it is well known the saying of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, that Hashem brings a Jew to a particular place not only so he will have material livelihood there but also spiritual livelihood: so that he will illuminate the place where he has settled and resides. If you begin to act on this with enthusiasm, Hashem will grant you success and you will be able to report good news about it.
