בשאלתו שנרשם להעתקה לקאנאדא, כיון שלעת עתה אין נותנים לו הניירות לארצה"ב, וע"י רשימתו זו אין נפסלים זכיותיו לבקש אח"כ גם לארצה"ב - הנה עפ"ז אין בזה חלקי הסותר כלל, ויהי בהצלחה.
אבל בכלל צריכים היו אנ"ש להתענין ע"ד ההעתקה לאוסטראליא כי עפ"י הידיעות משם המקום מקום פרנסה, ויש לקוות שבעזהשי"ת יבנו שם מרכז חסידותי, וההקדם בביאת עוד אחדים מאנ"ש לשם - יקדים גם בנין ושכלול מרכז זה והפצת המעיינות שם, ואותם שאין צריכים עדיין ישיבה בשביל ילידיהם שי' מהנכון שיעתיקו לשם, ויהי' טובה בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.
הקונטרס לפורים ומכתב הכללי המצורף אליו בטח קבל כבר וזיכה בהם את הרבים באופן המתאים.

Regarding your question about registering for immigration to Canada, since at present you are not being given papers for the United States, and by making this registration your rights to later apply for the United States are not forfeited—in this case there is no contradiction at all, and may it be with success.
But in general, Anash should have been interested in moving to Australia because according to reports from there it is a place of livelihood, and one can hope that with G‑d's help a Chassidic center will be built there. The sooner more of Anash arrive there—the sooner this center will be built and developed and the wellsprings will be spread there. Those who do not yet need a yeshivah for their children should move there; it will be good both materially and spiritually.
You have surely already received the booklet for Purim and the general letter attached to it and have merited to share them with many in an appropriate manner.
