...ואם לעצתי ישמע, ישתדל למצוא משרת רבנות, ומה שכותב שעד עתה לא הי' יכול להיות זמן רב בקהלה, מפני שלא לרוח הבע"ב רב ירא שמים, הנה אדרבה מזה הטעם עצמו צריך להשאר בקהלה ולהשפיע עליהם שיתחזקו ברוח היהדות בלימוד התורה וקיום המצות מעשיות.
והוראה כללית שמענו אשר הכלי טובה להצלחה בגשמיות וברוחניות, הוא לימוד בתורה, ובטח יש לו קביעות עתים, ואתענין לדעת במה הוא לימודו, ומהנכון במאד אשר יקבע עתים ג"כ לתורת החסידות שהיא היא פנימיות התורה ונותנת אור וחיזוק בנר מצוה ותורה אור.

As for what you write—that until now you could not remain long in a community because the householders did not want a rabbi who fears Heaven—on the contrary, for this very reason you should stay in the community and influence them to strengthen their Jewish spirit through Torah study and practical mitzvah observance.
We have heard a general directive that the best vessel for success both materially and spiritually is Torah study. Surely you have set times for learning, and I am interested to know what your studies are. It is very proper that you also establish fixed times for studying Chassidus, which is the inner dimension of Torah and gives light and strength to "ner mitzvah v'Torah or" (the candle of mitzvah and the light of Torah).
