במענה על מכתביו מיו"ד וט"ו מנ"א,
הנה איני מבין מה שמסיים שהמענה שלי פועל הרבה על חלישות בריאותו, כי הרי ממנ"פ, אם סומך עלי או אין סומך עלי - אין כאן מקום להחליש כלל ואני תפקידי להבריא ולברך ופשיטא לא ח"ו להיפך.
ובנוגע לשאלתו עוד הפעם ע"ד ההעתקה, שאומרים לו שיש סכנת נפש ח"ו באי ההעתקה, דער שווער האט זייער ניט האלט געהאט אזוינע גוזמאות,
הנה יציע כל הפרטים לפני שלשה גוטע פריינד, והשי"ת יתן להם הדעה הנכונה להורותו בטוב לפניו בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.
בברכה למנוחת הנפש והגוף ולעבודת השי"ת מתוך הרחבה אמיתית.

In response to your letters from the 10th and 15th of Menachem Av: I do not understand your conclusion that my answer greatly weakens your health. After all, either you rely on me or you do not—there is no place here for any weakening at all. My role is to heal and to bless, and certainly not G‑d forbid the opposite.
Regarding your repeated question about the procedure—where you are told there is a danger to life, G‑d forbid, if it is not performed—your father-in-law never accepted such exaggerations. Present all the details before three good friends, and may Hashem grant them the correct understanding to guide you well in both material and spiritual matters.
With blessings for peace of mind and body, and for serving Hashem with true expansiveness.
