זיכער ווייסט דו דאס וואס עס ווערט געבראכט אין פילע ספרים, אז יעדער איד און אידישע קינדער בפרט זיינען בא דעם אויבערשטען טייער און נאך מער ווי א קינד א בן יחיד בא זיינע עלטערען, במילא איז קיין ספק ניט, אז דער אויבערשטער וויל געבען יעדערען פון זיי ברכה והצלחה אין אלע זייערע ענינים.
עס ליגט אבער א חוב קדוש און עס איז א זכות פאר די וועלכע זיינען מחנך און לערנען מיט די קינדער, אז זיי זאלען טאן אלעס וואס עס איז נאר אין זייער מעגליכקייט, אז די קינדערלעך זאלען זיין כלים טהורים און גוטע כלים צו אויפנעמען די ברכות פון השם יתברך און בפרט אין דעם פאל, דארפסט דו זיך משתדל זיין צו איינפלאנצען אין זיי ענינים וועלכע זיינען פארבונדען מיט יראת שמים, וואס דאס איז אז זיי זאלן טראגען יארמולקעס, טלית קטן, און זאלן זיין אפגעהיט צו זאגען מודה אני, און ברכות, ברכות הנהנין, שמע ישראל און ענליכעס, און אז מען וועט דאס טאן, וועט מען געוויס מצליח זיין מיט די קינדער, און דאס וועט ממשיך זיין ברכה והצלחה צו די וועלכע העלפען אין אט דער הייליקער ארבעט.

Blessings and greetings!
With joy I received your letter after Pesach in which you inform me that your students have already begun davening, and you request a blessing for them.
You surely know what is brought in many sefarim, that every Jew—and especially Jewish children—are precious to the Alm-ghty, even more than an only child is to his parents. Therefore, there is no doubt that the Alm-ghty wants to grant each of them blessing and success in all their matters.
However, there is a sacred obligation—and it is a merit—for those who educate and teach the children to do everything within their ability so that the children will be pure vessels and good vessels to receive the blessings from Hashem Yisbarach. Especially in this case, you should strive to instill in them matters connected with yiras Shamayim: that they should wear yarmulkes, tzitzis (tallis katan), be careful to say Modeh Ani, blessings, blessings over enjoyment (berachos hanehenin), Shema Yisrael, and similar things. When this is done, one will certainly succeed with the children, and this will draw down blessing and success also to those who help in this holy work.
With blessings for success in your personal matters as well.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that every Jewish child is deeply cherished by G‑d. Educators have a sacred responsibility—and privilege—to help children become pure vessels for Divine blessing through instilling yiras Shamayim and mitzvah observance.
