I pleasantly received your regards, and I am pleased with your involvement in communal matters in our camp, and with your kindness to convey regards and blessings to all those who have already participated and will participate with you from now on. May Hashem grant each one success in all their needs so that they can share good news in this regard.

In a separate package sent to you is the Sefer HaSichos of the Rebbe Rayatz zatzal. Surely at an opportune time, such as during Shalosh Seudos on Shabbos or on special days, you will find a suitable way to benefit the public with these printed holy talks, which contain topics appropriate for every type—from great scholars to the simplest individuals. As is known, this is part of the path of truth, especially in our Torah of truth: truth must extend from one end to the other, as briefly explained in Tanya chapter 23.

I am interested to know about the public study sessions held in the synagogue. Surely they also follow the directive of the Rebbe Rayatz zatzal to recite Tehillim every day after prayer as divided for the days of the month. This is in addition to individual daily study sessions that are accessible to everyone: learning a portion of Chumash with Rashi each day (on Sunday from the beginning of the parsha until Sheini, on Monday from Sheini until Shelishi, etc.) and a Tanya lesson as divided for each day of the year (as printed in HaMoreh Shiur).

Regards to the entire group and blessings for good both materially and spiritually. Awaiting good news—and "good" means only Torah and mitzvos.
