ואף כי בטח אינם זקוקים מצדי להתעוררות בכגון דא, ע"ד סיוע ועזר המתאים להנ"ל בכלל, ובסידורו עתה בפרט,
בכל זה, ע"פ מרז"ל אין מזרזים אלא למזורזים, הנני לעורר אודות זה ולבקשם, ובודאי ימצאו אופנים המתאימים, ומבלי שיהי' עי"ז חסרון במק"א.

I am well aware of how much our Nasi, my revered father-in-law the Rebbe hk"m, cherished the devoted work of the individual mentioned during his time in a place of danger and distress.
Even though you certainly do not need my encouragement in such matters—regarding assistance and help appropriate for the above in general, and especially now with his current arrangements—still, as our Sages say: "We only urge those who are already eager," I am writing to arouse your attention to this and to request it from you. Surely you will find suitable ways to assist, without this causing any lack elsewhere.
