איך האב באצייטנס באקומען אייער בריוו פון כ"ט שבט, און איך בין געווען צופרידן, אז די דברי התעוררות וואס הרה"ח וו"ח אי"א נו"נ וכו' מהור"ר משה חיים שי' סאפאטשינסקי האט אייך געבראכט, האבן געפונען א ווארימען אפקלאנג. אין דרויף איז בא מיר ניט געווען קיין ספק, ווארום ווי חז"ל זאגן, אני ישנה ולבי ער, אני ישנה בגלותא ולבי ער לתורה ולמצות. איך וויל אויך האפן - און דאס איז די הויפט זאך - אז די התעוררות וועט אראפגעטראגן ווערן אין מעשים בפועל אין אלע דריי ענינים וואס כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע האט אזוי אפט אונטערגעשטראכן אהבת ה', אהבת התורה און אהבת ישראל.
איצט שטייענדיק בא די טעג פון פסח, איז זיכער אייך באקאנט וואס רז"ל דערציילן אונז, אז ארויסגייענדיק פון מצרים האבן געדארפט זיין אלע ששים רבוא בישראל, און אויב עס וואלט געפעלט אפילו איינער, דאן וואלט עס ח"ו געשטערט אלע איבעריקע. א הוראה פאר אונז אין די ווערטער איז, און בפרט אין די טעג פו פסח, אז מיר דארפן אלע געדיינקען און לייגן די גרעסטע כוחות צו מקרב צו זיין לתורה ויהדות יעדן איינעם בישראל, מאן, פרוי, יונג און אלט, וואס דאס איז נוגע ניט נאר דעם וועלן מ'איז מקרב, נאר אויך אונז אלעמען.
דאס איז אויך איינער פון די רמזים בא דער התחלה פון פסח, וואס איידער מיר גייען אנהויבן פראווען די סדרים, זיינען מיר מכריז ומודיע אז כל דכפין יתי וייכול כל דצריך ייתי ויפסח, וואס ווערט געמיינט סיי כפשוטו - היל[ף] בגשמיות, סיי הילף ברוחניות, און ערשט נאכדעם קען מען זאגן השתא הכא לשנה הבאה בארעא דישראל, השתא עבדין לשנה הבאה בין חורין.
איך ווינש אייך אלעמען און אייערע בני בית שיחיו א כשרן און פרייליכן פסח און האף צו הערן גוטע בשורות פון אייך בכל הענינים. און גאר אינגיכן זאלן מיר זוכה זיין עס זאל מקויים ווערן די בקשה וואס מיר זאגן און בעטן לשנה הבאה בארעא דישראל בני חורין, על ידי משיח צדקנו בב"א.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
I recently received your letter from the 29th of Shevat, and I was pleased that the words of inspiration which Haraha"ch vavac"h iy"a nu"n etc. Mohor"r Moshe Chaim Sapotzinsky brought you found a warm response. I had no doubt about this, for as our Sages say: Ani Yeshena V'Libi Er ("I am asleep but my heart is awake")—I am asleep in exile but my heart is awake to Torah and mitzvos.
I also hope—and this is the main thing—that the inspiration will be translated into practical deeds in all three areas that my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, so often emphasized: love of G‑d, love of Torah, and love of Israel.
Now, standing in these days of Pesach, you surely know what our Sages tell us: when leaving Egypt there had to be all six hundred thousand Jews present; if even one was missing it would have affected everyone else. The lesson for us in these words—especially during Pesach—is that we must all remember and invest our greatest efforts to bring every single Jew closer to Torah and Judaism—man, woman, young and old. This affects not only those we bring close but also all of us.
This is also one of the hints at the start of Pesach: before we begin celebrating the Seders we proclaim and announce that Kol Dichfin Yeisei V'Yeichol Kol Ditzrich Yeisei V'Yifsach ("All who are hungry come and eat; all who need come and celebrate Pesach"). This means both literally—helping materially—and spiritually. Only then can we say: Hashata Hacha L'Shana Haba'a B'Ar'a D'Yisrael Hashata Avdin L'Shana Haba'a Bnei Chorin ("This year here; next year in the Land of Israel. Now slaves; next year free people").
I wish you all and your families a kosher and joyous Pesach and hope to hear good news from you in all matters. Very soon may we merit that our request be fulfilled—that which we say and pray: L'Shana Haba'a B'Ar'a D'Yisrael Bnei Chorin ("Next year in the Land of Israel as free people") through our righteous Moshiach speedily.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that true inspiration must lead to action in loving G‑d, Torah, and fellow Jews. Especially during Pesach, each person should strive to reach out to every Jew with both material and spiritual help—bringing redemption closer for everyone.
