ויהי רצון שיסתדר באופן המתאים בגשמיות וברוחניות, וימלא השי"ת משאלות לבו לטובה בעניניו הכלליים ועניניו הפרטיים.
בטח הכיר כבר מעלת מדינה זו אשר יש בה חומר מוכשר לקבל צורה טובה ע"י השתדלות הראוי' הודות לתמימותם של אחב"י תושבי המדינה. וחוב וזכות קדוש על כל בעלי השפעה להשתמש בכוחם זה לקרב בני ובנות ישראל שבסביבתם לתורה ולמצוה ביתר שאת על התחייבות כל אחד מאתנו במדינות אחרות. ובפרט בזמננו אלה אשר השאיר אותנו הקב"ה ברחמיו הגדולים בתוך שארית הפליטה.

May it be G‑d's will that everything will be arranged appropriately both materially and spiritually, and may Hashem fulfill the desires of your heart for good in both your general and personal matters.
You have surely already recognized the advantage of this country, which has material well-suited to receive a good form through proper effort, thanks to the sincerity of our Jewish brethren living here. It is both an obligation and a sacred privilege for all those with influence to use their power to bring Jewish men and women in their surroundings closer to Torah and mitzvah observance with even greater strength than what is expected from each of us in other countries—especially in these times when Hashem has mercifully left us among the surviving remnant.
