המצווה הקל"ט
הציווי שנצטווינו שתהא פדיית הקניינים המכורים מבפנים לחומת עיר, עד לסוף שנה אחת בלבד, ואחרי השנה יתקיימו בידי הקונה ולא יצאו ביובל.
והוא אמרו יתעלה: "ואיש כי ימכר בית מושב עיר חומה וגו'" (ויקרא כה, כט).
ומצווה זו היא דין בתי ערי חומה.
וכבר נתבארנו דיני מצווה זו במסכת ערכים.
והיא אינה נוהגת אלא בארץ.
The 139th Mitzvah
1. The commandment with which we were commanded that the redemption of properties sold within a walled city is permitted only until the end of one year, and after the year, they remain with the buyer and are not released in the Yovel year.
2. This is as He, may He be exalted, said: "If a man sells a dwelling house in a walled city, etc." (Vayikra 25:29).
3. This mitzvah is the law of houses in walled cities.
4. The laws of this mitzvah have already been explained in Tractate Arachin.
5. It applies only in Eretz Yisroel.
