זעלבסטפארשטענדליך אז עס איז איבעריג צו באטאנען אז דער טיפער זין פון חתונה איז, וואס מען גייט צוזאמען בויען א לעבן און א גליקלעכן לעבן, א בנין אויף לאנגע גוטע יארן, איז זעלבסטפארשטענדליך אז דער עיקר איז אז דער פונדיישאן אויף וועלכען דער בנין ווערט אויפגעשטעלט זאל זיין פון שטארקען מאטעריאל, וועלכער זאל קענען ביישטיין פארשידענע ענדערונגען פון טעמפעראטור, נעץ, ערד ציטערניש, און ענליכעס, און אזוי איז אויך ווען מען גייט בויען צוזאמען א לעבען, דארפמען דאס אוועקשטעלען אויף די יסודות פון תורה ומצות, וואס דאס זיינען די שטארקסטע מאטעריאלען וועלכע זיינען נאר פראן, און וועלכע האבען בייגעשטאנען דעם טעסט פון פארשידענע שוועריגקייטן אין פארלויף פון די בערך ארום 2/31 טויזענט יאר זינט תורה ומצות זיינען געגעבען געווארען אונז פון השם יתברך, און דאס זיינען די כלים אויף אויפנעמען די ברכות פון השם יתברך אז עס זאל זיין א אמת'ר גליקליכער לעבען, און השם יתברך זאל אייך העלפען ווי געזאגט במזל טוב און א בנין עדי עד על יסודי התורה והמצוה.

Through the vavac"h iy"a nu"n mo"m b'emunah etc. Moreinu HaRav Yaakov Katz, I received your request for a blessing, especially regarding you and your kallah setting your wedding date for Sunday, the day after Shabbos Nachamu. I wish you that your wedding should be in a good and auspicious hour and with mazal tov, and that you should build a Jewish home on the foundations of Torah and mitzvah.
It goes without saying that it is superfluous to emphasize that the deeper meaning of marriage is building a life together—a happy life, a structure for many good years. Naturally, the main thing is that the foundation upon which this structure is built should be from strong material, able to withstand various changes in temperature, moisture, earthquakes, and similar things. Likewise, when building a life together, it must be established on the foundations of Torah and mitzvos, which are the strongest materials available and have withstood the test of various difficulties over approximately 3,300 years since Torah and mitzvos were given to us by Hashem Yisborach. These are the vessels to receive blessings from Hashem Yisborach so that it will be a truly happy life. May Hashem Yisborach help you as said—with mazal tov and an everlasting edifice upon the foundations of Torah and mitzvah.
