I was pleased to hear from you a greeting through our friend vavac"h iy"a etc. Avraham Chaim Black. I was especially pleased to hear that you succeeded in ensuring that netilas yadayim is done as it should be.

This again shows how true are the words of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m, that "there is a strong presumption for activism not to return empty-handed"—that when a Jew truly wants something, the Eibershter helps so that the desire is fulfilled.

I believe this will give you strength and encouragement to continue making use of every opportunity to act for Yiddishkeit. When one accomplishes something with another person, it becomes a vessel for blessing and success in one's own matters, because the Eibershter never remains indebted and repays many times over with all that is needed.

I will be happy to hear from you from time to time good news both materially and spiritually.
