די חכמים זכרונם לברכה זאגן, אויסטייטשענדיק די ווערטער פון דער תורה "ורפא ירפא", אז די תורה האט געגעבן א מעגליכקייט אז דאקטוירים זאלן קענען היילן קראנקע, ווייל דער אויבערשטער וויל, אז די וועלט זאל זיך פירן אויף א נאטירליכן אופן. אבער וויסן דארף מען וויסן זיין, אז דער אויבערשטער פירט די וועלט, און ער וויל אז אידן זאל זיין גוט גיט ער זיי גוטעס, און אייך בפרט וועט ער געבן אריכת ימים ושנים טובות, איר זאלט האבן נחת פון אלע אייערע קינדער און אייניקלעך יחיו, אידישן נחת און חסידישן נחת.

Blessings and greetings!
I was informed that you are suffering from headaches, may it not be so, etc., and as requested I mentioned you for good and blessing while at the Tziyun of my father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m. Surely the Rebbe, my father-in-law hk"m, has blessed you with healing and that you should have long and good years.
Our Sages of blessed memory say, explaining the words of the Torah "u'Rafa yirapeh" (and he shall surely heal), that the Torah has given permission for doctors to heal the sick because the Creator desires that the world should operate in a natural manner. However, one must know that it is G‑d who runs the world, and when He wants Jews to have good, He gives them goodness. To you in particular He will grant long and good years; you should have nachas from all your children and grandchildren—Jewish nachas and chassidic nachas.
