לויט דעם דאזיקן באריכט, האט מען איינגעפירט א ריי אויסבעסערונגען אין דעם מצב: מען האט מסכים געווען, אז בלויז לערער וועלכע האבן א פאזיטיוון צוגאנג צו ענינים דתיים זאלן אונטערריכטן תנ"ך; אז אין דער צייט פון די שטונדען פון רעליגיע און תנ"ך זאלן די קינדער זיצן בכיסוי ראש; אז די אינגלעך און מיידלעך זאלן זיין אפגעזונדערט.
אויסערדעם טיילט דער באריכט מיט, אז א ספעציעלער בודזשעט איז באשטימט געווארן פאר'ן ראבינאט אין פערנוואלד אויסצוהאלטן א מקוה און פאר דער השגחה איבער כשרות אין די בתי חולים. רעליגיעזע לערער האבן א פארגרעסערטע שפייז קארטע פון 5 פאראיארן אויף 12 היי-יאר, און אז דער דזשאינט האט מסדר געווען אז די רעליגיעזע לערער זאלן אויך באקומען זייער געהאלט פון אירא, און אז די נויטווענדיקייטן פון די רבנים און רעליגיעזע באדערפנישן פון לאגער ווערן באזארגט אין א גרעסערע מאס ווי פריער.
נעמענדיק אין אכט דאס אויבנדערמאנטע, האלט דער באריכט, אז די קלאגעס זיינען ניט אזוי געצילט אלס קריטיק איבער דער פראגראם, ווי הויפטזעכליך אלס מאטיווירונג פון א גרופע צו שאפן אן אייגענע פראגראם.

In continuation to your letter regarding the state of education in Fernwald and my previous correspondence on this matter, I wish to inform you that I have now received a report from the Joint in Paris about the investigation they conducted on this issue.
According to this report, a number of improvements have been implemented: it was agreed that only teachers with a positive approach to religious matters will teach Tanach; during religion and Tanach classes, children are to sit with their heads covered; boys and girls are to be separated.
Additionally, the report shares that a special budget has been allocated for the rabbinate in Fernwald to maintain a mikveh and for supervision over kashrus in the hospitals. Religious teachers have had their food ration cards increased from five per year to twelve per year, and the Joint has arranged that these religious teachers also receive their salaries from IRA.
The needs of the rabbis and religious requirements of the camp are being provided for more than before.
Taking all of the above into account, the report holds that the complaints are not so much aimed as criticism of the program itself but mainly as motivation by a group to create their own program.
I would be interested to know what the situation is now and to what extent these aforementioned improvements are being maintained, etc.
