השי"ת זאל העלפען אז איר ביידע זאלט זיך שטארקן אין אמונה ובטחון ווי עס באדארף זיין אין א חסידישער הויז, און השי"ת זאל אייך מזכה זיין מיט חסידישן נחת פון אלע אייערע קינדער שיחיו מיט גוטען געזונט.

I received your letter from the 5th of Adar II, and it is true as you write that being present at a child's wedding is a great pleasure, something one waits for many years. That is why I wrote in my previous letter that since this is an appropriate thing, surely Hashem will provide for the expenses associated with it (and if one does not travel, the money will not remain anyway—in other words, these are expenses from Hashem and have no connection to other debts or helping other children), but on the other hand, being at a child's celebration is a great merit, and this merit is earned through faith and trust in Hashem. However, as I see from your letter, I am unsure if the situation is truly so... May Hashem help that both of you strengthen yourselves in faith and trust as befits a chassidic home, and may Hashem grant you chassidic nachas from all your children with good health.
Summary
Attending your child’s wedding brings unique blessings; trust in Hashem to provide for the costs. The Rebbe teaches that such merits come through strengthening faith and trust in G‑d.
