Shalom u'Vrachah!
Your brief letter about the activities was received some time ago. It is surprising that you write so rarely and even then very briefly. May it be G‑d's will that since we have entered the days about which it is said 'whoever adds, they add to him,' you will also increase in the above as needed, and hopefully this will be very soon. It is understood and obvious that you can write in any language you wish or through an intermediary, as long as there are frequent letters with sufficient detail.
It is surprising that you did not write anything regarding the matter of nusach haTefillah (the prayer text), which is a fundamental matter. It is both your duty and privilege as rabbi to ensure this is properly arranged—especially since you have knowledge of Chassidus and its explanations regarding prayer, which is like the spinal cord in a person. Therefore, it is clear how important the nusach is. Since I also received a question on this from vavac"h [Moreinu HaRav Chaim Abba Weil], so as not to duplicate matters I am enclosing herewith the response sent to him and at the end of my letter to him—I am sure you will speak with him about this. My intention here is only to emphasize again that one should not make this issue into a major dispute or even a minor one; generally it is better to arrange things simply—that is, increase the number of Nusach Ari siddurim in the synagogue, especially at the amud (following the custom in some synagogues where there is a large special siddur attached by rope or chain for use at the amud). If this will be Nusach Ari, it will establish its place and eventually people will become accustomed to it.
May you share good news about all of the above in addition to good tidings regarding matters of the Talmud Torah.
With blessing.
