בשעתו קבלתי הידיעה על דבר יום השלשים והאזכרה שעשו לאביו הרה"ג והרה"ח וכו' וכו' הרב חנניא גבריאל ז"ל תנצב"ה, שזה הוכיח כי העריכו כראוי את המנוח ז"ל.
קראתי בסיפוק רוחני כי מתענין בכתבי-יד שנשארו מאביו הרב ז"ל, אשר כמו שכותב כבר סדורים וערוכים הם. ובהנוגע לגוף השאלה אם ראויים הם לפירסום ואיזה הוצאת ספרים תוכל להוציא הספר לאור, הרי כמה בירושלים רבנים ומורי הוראה שהי' צריך להראות להם הכתבים לדון אם הכתבים מוכנים לדפוס כמו שהם או עוד צריכים הכנה וליבון כו', ואם חוות דעתם תהי' חיובית הנה כמובן שספרים כאלה צריך להדפיס על אתר באה"ק ת"ו מכמה טעמים.
ארשה לעצמי להוסיף נימה אישית, בהתאם לאופן כתבו ע"ד הכתבי-יד והעבודה שהושקעה בהם, אשר תקותי שהוא ביחד עם אחיו שי' שכותב אדותיו ימשיכו בכיוון זה, וכוונתי לא רק בחלק הטכני בהנוגע לפירסום הכתבי-יד, אלא גם בלימוד בהם, שזהו בודאי עיקר כוונת המחבר, לימוד באופן שהורונו רז"ל במאמרם המפורסם גדול תלמוד שמביא לידי מעשה, וכמאמרם ז"ל (ב"ב קטז, א) דוד שהניח בן כמותו לא נאמרה בו מיתה, ובודאי למותר להאריך בזה הרעיון ואין לך דבר העומד בפני הרצון, ובפרט שזכות אבותיו מסייעתם.

In due time I received the information regarding the thirtieth day and the memorial that was held for your father, Harav HaGaon VeHaChassid etc. etc. Rav Chananya Gavriel z"l, may his soul be bound in the bond of life. This proved that they properly valued the departed z"l.
I read with spiritual satisfaction that you are interested in the manuscripts left by your late father, the Rav z"l, which as you write are already organized and arranged.
Regarding your main question—whether they are fit for publication and which publishing house could bring out the book—there are several rabbis and halachic authorities in Jerusalem to whom you should show the writings to determine if they are ready for print as is or require further preparation and clarification. If their opinion is positive, then obviously such books should be printed immediately in Eretz HaKodesh for several reasons.
Allow me to add a personal note: based on how you wrote about the manuscripts and the effort invested in them, I hope that you together with your brother—about whom you write—will continue in this direction. I mean not only regarding the technical aspect of publishing the manuscripts but also studying them, which is certainly the main intent of the author: learning in a manner our Sages taught in their famous saying "Gadol Talmud shemeivi lidei maaseh" (Great is study for it leads to action), and as our Sages said (Bava Basra 116a): "David who left behind a son like himself, death was not said about him." Surely there is no need to elaborate on this idea; nothing stands before willpower—especially since your ancestral merit assists you.
