...Regarding what you write that you—G‑d forbid—have no mazel in anything. I am surprised: how can you say this, when at the beginning of your letter you mention that Hashem Yisbarach has blessed you and your husband with four children, may they live, and you are living in a peaceful country? And although earning a livelihood comes with difficulty, nevertheless you are raising your children. And recalling the past years, one sees that this is an open miracle—although of course one must still pray to Hashem Yisbarach to fulfill what is still lacking. And when one conducts oneself according to the demands of the Torah, Toras Chaim, Hashem Yisbarach begins to fulfill also what is still lacking.
And especially in your case, this should be expressed by being meticulous in eating kosher food, observing Shabbos, and generally living according to the Torah's demands. May Hashem Yisbarach grant you the merit to share good news regarding all the above.
With blessing,
In the name of the Rebbe Shlita
Secretary:
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that recognizing one's blessings leads to gratitude and further Divine assistance. By strengthening observance in areas like kosher food and Shabbos, one opens channels for even greater good.
