Due to orderliness, I am once again acknowledging receipt of your letters from 6 Tishrei, 25 Cheshvan, 17 Kislev, 6 Shevat, and 25 Adar.

b) Regarding your question about activities in the area of family purity: a) You should take responsibility for the cost of repairing one mikvah at the Family Purity Center managed by Rabbi Halperin. Of course, it must be done in accordance with the regulations of the Rebbe Maharash (of blessed memory), and you should discuss this with the aforementioned center so that the repair is in his name. However, you may publicize that it is at Aguch's expense, as was discussed with Rabbi Barzel who presented this entire matter to me.

c) Additionally, there is a mikvah about which Rabbi Dabruskin from Haifa wrote to me. He says he is approaching me on your behalf; the repair requires a sum of 150 Israeli lira per instance. In my opinion, this too is appropriate. And as above, it should be according to the requirements of the Rebbe Maharash's regulation.

d) It seems that the supervisors have ceased their activities, and I do not know what is causing this hindrance. I am writing both to the supervisors specifically and to the institutions specifically that my intention is that they should actually supervise in practice—not just be given this title in name only. Therefore, my suggestion regarding their visits remains as strong now as before. Thank you very much for clarifying this matter.
