I was pleased to receive your regards in due time through Haraha"g and Haraha"ch vavac"h iy"a nu"n etc. Reb Avraham Simpson, and I trust that in the future you will gladden me with direct letters containing good news from you and all your family regarding their well-being both materially and spiritually. Thank you in advance.

According to the account of Haraha"ch etc. Reb Avraham Simpson, there is ample opportunity for spreading the teachings of Chassidus in our camp in Toronto. It is proper and necessary that you consult with those suitable for this task within our camp, and together everyone should strive in the most fitting way to fulfill the higher purpose for which the Holy One, blessed be He, desired to have a dwelling for Himself in the lower realms. It is known from the teachings of Chassidus that a dwelling means a place where a person is revealed without concealment or obstruction. Regarding the Holy One, blessed be He, no thought can grasp Him at all except through Torah and mitzvos—Torah and the Holy One are entirely one—but even in the revealed part of Torah He remains concealed. Only through the teachings of Chassidus, which deal with love and awe of G‑d and contemplation on His greatness, is it specifically possible to make a dwelling for Him in this world.
