המוסדות הק' דליובאוויטש: מרכז הישיבות תומכי-תמימים והמוסדות העומדים תחת הנהלתו; מרכז לעניני חינוך והמוסדות העומדים תחת הנהלתו, מצבם הכספי רעוע למאד, ומעמיד, ח"ו, בסכנה את קיומם.
הצלחה אלקית חופפת על מוסדות אלו מיום הוסדם, ועדים אנחנו למחזה האלקי -הפרחת והתפשטות של המוסדות, הנושאים פירות ופירי פירות, שהם נרות להאיר לאחינו בני ישראל בכל מקומות מושבותיהם; אבל ביחד עם זה הנה המוסדות נתונים עתה במשבר כספי חמור הנוגע בעצם קיומם.
המצב הזה מכריח לחפש מוצא כסף יוצא מן הכלל, והוחלט לסדר בשיקאגא מגבית - עמוירדזשענסי - מאוחדת עבור המוסדות דליובאוויטש הנ"ל.
בידעי יחסם של אחינו בני ישראל בשיקאגא בכלל ואנ"ש דשיקאגא בפרט למפעליו הכבירים של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, וחפצם הפנימי לבוא לעזרת המוסדות אשר יסד, תקותי אשר גם עתה יושיטו יד עזרה ויד נדיבה למלאות מחסורם הנורא.
על כל אחד ואחת מאנ"ש בשיקאגא מוטל החוב והזכות להשתדל בעזר זה, הן בהשתתפותו בעצמו בסכום יוצא מן הכלל, והן בהשפעתו על כל מכיריו ומיודעיו בזה, לסייע על ידי זה להצלחת המגבית, ולאפשר את קיומם של המוסדות והתפתחותם על להבא, להגדיל תורה ביראת שמים ולהאדירה.
וכבר מובטחים כל המסייעים והמתנדבים, אשר מצות צדקה גדולה זו תמשיך, עליהם ועל כל בני ביתם שיחיו, ברכות השי"ת בהמצטרך להם, בבני חיי ומזוני רויחי.

The holy Lubavitch institutions: Merkaz HaYeshivot Tomchei Temimim and the institutions under its administration; Merkaz L'Inyanei Chinuch and the institutions under its administration, are in a very precarious financial situation that, G‑d forbid, endangers their very existence.
Divine success has accompanied these institutions since their founding, and we are witnesses to the G‑dly phenomenon—the flourishing and expansion of these institutions, which bear fruit and fruits of fruit; they are candles to illuminate our fellow Jews wherever they reside. Yet at the same time, these institutions are now facing a severe financial crisis that threatens their very existence.
This situation compels us to seek an extraordinary financial solution, and it has been decided to organize in Chicago a united emergency fundraising campaign for the above-mentioned Lubavitch institutions.
Knowing the attitude of our fellow Jews in Chicago in general and Anash of Chicago in particular toward the great works of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal nishmaso Eden zichrono tzaddik livracha zechuso yagen aleinu amen (may his memory be a blessing), and their inner desire to assist the institutions he founded, I hope that now too they will extend a helping hand and generous support to fill this terrible lack.
Upon each and every member of Anash in Chicago lies both the obligation and privilege to strive in this assistance—both by personally participating with an exceptional sum and by influencing all their acquaintances and friends in this matter—to help ensure the success of this campaign. This will enable the continued existence and development of these institutions for the future: to increase Torah with awe of Heaven and glorify it.
All who assist and volunteer are already assured that this great mitzvah of tzedakah will draw down upon them and all their household members abundant blessings from Hashem for all their needs—children, life, and ample sustenance.
