"Shnayim Mikra Ve'Echad Targum" should be completed on the day of Shmini Atzeret but no later than the night of Motzei Simchat Torah. One cannot rely on the reading of Mishnah Torah we did during the Tikun of Leil Hoshana Rabbah.
