In response to your letter from the beginning of Adar regarding what you wrote about the custom in Kaddish d'Rabbanan (as recited in Eretz Yisrael or Jerusalem) to add the word "Kaddisha": I have already written in such matters that one should investigate the origin and source of the custom, and it is understood that this should be researched locally.

I was pleased to read in your letter about establishing a Tanya study session and that you are increasing this also as a maggid shiur (class leader). Certainly you are reviewing the subject as required to teach it several times, as is well known from our Sages' instruction on this matter. May it be G‑d's will that the merit of the many will help you succeed in your teaching so that it will be as our Sages said: "Study that leads to action," and may you increase the participants in this study more and more. Nothing stands in the way of willpower—especially in our times, Ikvesa d'Meshicha (the footsteps of Mashiach), which is the final time to fulfill the directive of spreading the wellsprings outward—and this is clear.

Regarding your notification about your birthday: surely you followed the minhag of Anash for birthdays. These are days of favor; may it be a year of success for you in Torah study with awe of Heaven and meticulous mitzvah observance. In this way, also your prayer—which is the backbone of a person's spiritual stature—will be elevated, as explained in Likkutei Torah, Sefer Bamidbar p. 4.
