...כפי שמתאר המצב בקהלתו ובית הכנסת שלו, הרי בטח כשימסור כל פרטים אלו להמשרדים המחלקים ספרי תורה, יחקרו בדבר איך למלאות בקשתו.
והנה אף שבודאי גדול ענין ספר תורה במחנה וקהלת ישראל וקריאה בצבור, הרי זה עצמו מכריח את ענין הכי גדול דחנוך הבנים והבנות על טהרת הקדש קדושת התורה וקדושת מצותי', ועיין ג"כ שו"ע יו"ד סוף סי' ע"ר, האידנא מצוה לכתוב חומשי תורה ומשנה וגמרא ופירושיהן, ובנ"כ השו"ע שם, שמזה מובן שצריכה להיות השתדלות ויגיעה בהחנוך עטה"ק דוקא ביותר וביותר, והרי אין לך דבר העומד בפני הרצון, ותקותי שהוא וחבירו לדיעה מתעסקים בזה ככל הדרוש, ויהי רצון שגם בזה יצליח.
בהזדמנות זו אעוררו על שמירת שלשת השיעורים דחומש תהלים ותניא הידועים, אשר כפי ששמענו כ"פ מכ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, שוים הם לכל נפש וסגולה לכו"כ ענינים.

While a Sefer Torah holds great importance in a community and is central to public Torah reading, its deeper purpose highlights the responsibility to educate the next generation. The presence of a Sefer Torah serves as a reminder that sons and daughters must be raised with a pure and holy Torah education, grounded in the sanctity of Torah and mitzvos.
The Rebbe refers to the ruling in Shulchan Aruch, Yoreh Deah, Siman 270, where it is explained that in our times the mitzvah of writing a Sefer Torah also includes writing and providing texts such as Chumash, Mishnah, Gemara, and their commentaries. The purpose of these works is to enable study, and through them the mitzvah of Torah is fulfilled in a practical and ongoing way.
From this, the Rebbe emphasizes that special effort must be invested in establishing and strengthening proper Torah education. This includes ensuring that children receive a pure and authentic education, and that communities work diligently to support and expand these efforts.
The Rebbe expresses his hope that the individual and his like-minded friends are actively engaged in strengthening education within their community, and that they will continue to do so with dedication and success. He reiterates that nothing stands in the way of a person’s will.
The Rebbe takes this opportunity to further encourage the regular study of Chumash, Tehillim, and Tanya, as established by his father-in-law, the Previous Rebbe. These daily studies are applicable to all and are a source of blessing in many aspects of life.

הרבי מייעץ לפנות למוסדות העוסקים בחלוקת ספרי תורה ולמסור להם את כל הפרטים, כדי שיוכלו לבדוק כיצד למלא את הבקשה.
הרבי מוסיף שבנוסף לחשיבות הגדולה של ספר תורה לקריאה בציבור, יש להבין שהמטרה העמוקה היא חינוך הדור הבא. ספר התורה מדגיש את הצורך לחנך את הבנים והבנות בחינוך טהור וקדוש המבוסס על תורה ומצוות.
הרבי מפנה לשולחן ערוך יורה דעה סימן ר״ע, שם מבואר שבימינו מצוות כתיבת ספר תורה כוללת גם כתיבת חומשים, משנה, גמרא ופירושיהם, כדי שיוכלו ללמוד בהם.
מכאן מדגיש הרבי שיש להשקיע מאמצים רבים בחיזוק החינוך התורני, ולהבטיח חינוך אמיתי וקדוש לילדים.
הרבי מביע תקווה שהכותב וחבריו פועלים בכיוון זה, ומדגיש שאין דבר העומד בפני הרצון.
