איך וויל האפען, אז ס'איז ניט ווי איר שרייבט, אז דאס איז דער סענטימענט פון מערערע, נאר דאס איז נאר א פערזענליכע רעאקציע און לויטן מאמר חז"ל כיון שבא לכלל כעס וכו'.

...Given the opportunity, I must address the conclusion of your letter, where you write that things should have been written differently. I refer to your statement that nothing substantial was accomplished, etc. How can a Jew evaluate another Jewish heart and state with certainty that when words of inspiration are spoken to someone, it definitely had no real effect? Even more so, you immediately add that this is not only your personal opinion but also the opinion of several others! This is not correct even if one does not see tangible results tomorrow or the day after. Especially since I can tell you that results have already been seen, and I hope more will be seen. If only we would look at Jews with a favorable eye, it would increase closeness among Jews and increase the blessings from Hashem Yisbarach in whatever each individual within Klal Yisrael needs. As emphasized in the wording of Shemoneh Esrei: "Barechenu Avinu (since) kulanu ke'echad" (bless us our Father since we are all as one), and as explained in many places how great is the matter of peace.
I hope that it is not as you write—that this is the sentiment of several—but rather it is just a personal reaction, and as our Sages say: "Once one has reached anger..."
