בנועם נודעתי על ידי מחו' הוו"ח אי"א נו"מ עוסק בצ"צ וכו' הרב ר' שניאור זלמן שי' בעזפאלאוו מהתקדמות מוסד החינוך הנ"ל ומהתעסקותם והשתדלותם הנאמנה וביסוסו ולהתפתחותו.
והנה על הצורך החיוני של חינוך הכשר על טהרת הקדש בזמננו זה בפרט, האריכות אך למותר, וכן דעת לנבון נקל על דבר החובה והזכות הכרוכים בעבודת הקדש הלזו, כיון שחינוך הבנים והבנות הוא ענין נצחי ואין-סופי הנוגע לדורות ודורי דורות, שלכן כל פעולה טובה בזה יש בה מן הטוב הנצחי, נוסף על הטוב הנראה והנגלה בהוה.
ובימים אלו שלפני חודש אדר, שמשנכנס אדר מרבים בשמחה, היינו שמחה ברבוי ובתוספת, ואין לך שמחה גדולה משמחת קירוב לבם של בני ובנות ישראל לאביהם שבשמים על ידי מסורת אבותנו הק' תורתנו הק' תורת חיים ומצותי' בחיי היום-יום, בטח יוסיפו אומץ בעבודתם בקדש להרבות השמחה במעונו של הקב"ה דירתו בתחתונים לקיים את הכתוב ועשו לי מקדש ושכנתי בתוכם, ובמדתו של הקב"ה מדה כנגד מדה תתרבה השמחה במעונם של כל אחד ואחד, בכל מילי במיטב מנפש ועד בשר.

With pleasure I learned through my brother-in-law, the vavac"h iy"a nu"m who is involved in tzt"z etc., Rabbi Schneor Zalman Bazpalov, about the progress of the above-mentioned educational institution and about your faithful involvement and efforts in its establishment and development.
Regarding the vital need for kosher education in purity in our times—especially now—there is no need to elaborate. It is also easily understood by anyone wise that there is both an obligation and a privilege bound up with this holy work, since educating boys and girls is an eternal and infinite matter that affects generations and generations. Therefore, every good action in this area contains eternal good, in addition to the visible and revealed good in the present.
And in these days before the month of Adar—when "when Adar enters we increase in joy," meaning joy in abundance and addition—and there is no greater joy than bringing the hearts of Jewish boys and girls closer to their Father in Heaven through the tradition of our holy ancestors, our holy Torah—the Torah of life—and its mitzvos in daily life. Surely you will strengthen your holy work to increase joy in G‑d's dwelling below by fulfilling "They shall make Me a sanctuary and I will dwell among them," and with G‑d's measure of measure for measure, joy will be increased in each of your homes—in every way possible from soul to body.
