במענה על מכתבו מג' כסלו בבשורה הטובה אודות קביעות שיעור בלימוד תורת החסידות, ויהי רצון שלא רק יצליח בזה אלא שגם יוסיף בלימוד זה, והרי הובטחנו מחז"ל שגדול תלמוד שמביא לידי מעשה ובמילא מביא להוספה בהליכה בדרכי' ומנהגי' של תורת החסידות, ואין לך דבר העומד בפני הרצון והחלטה בתוקף.
ובפרט מסוגלים ימים אלו לזה, יו"ד י"ט כסלו והימים שבינתים וימי חנוכה עוד יותר מאשר ימות השנה, שהרי ביו"ד וי"ט כסלו הי' גאולת אדמו"ר הזקן ובנו מ"מ אדמו"ר האמצעי והגאולה למטה הוכחה לנתינת כח נוסף להפצת תורה זו מלמעלה כמובן, גם ענין ימי חנוכה הרי הי' הנצחון לא על ההתנגדות לתורה סתם ולמצות סתם, אלא כהדיוק בהלשון שקבעו בתפלת ישראל, להעבירם מחוקי רצונך, ז.א. שמקיים זה מפני שזהו רצון הבורא (ואין נפק"מ המבין בשכלו או לא), ולהשכיחם תורתך דוקא, כי לימוד התורה סתם לא איכפת להו, שהרי חכמה נפלאה היא כמ"ש כי היא חכמתכם ובינתכם לעיני העמים, אלא שלא רצו הלימוד ע"פ קדושת התורה ופנימיות התורה, תורתך דוקא, וראה ג"כ באריכות בהמשך לזה בהב"ח לשו"ע או"ח סי' מ"ז ד"ה ומה שכתב דאמר ר"י שמצוה לפרסמם בכלל ובפרט בתוככי היושבים באהלה של תורה ולומדי'.
אף שאינו מזכיר אודות זוגתו תחי', תקותי שגם היא עוסקת בענינים דהפצת היהדות.

In response to your letter from the 3rd of Kislev with the good news about establishing a regular lesson in the study of Chassidus, may it be G‑d's will that not only should you succeed in this but also increase your learning. Our Sages have taught that Torah study is great because it leads to action, which in turn brings an increase in following the ways and customs of Chassidus. Nothing stands in the way of strong will and determination.
These days are especially suited for this—Yud and Yud-Tes Kislev, the days between them, and Chanukah—even more than other times of year. On Yud and Yud-Tes Kislev was the redemption of Admor HaZaken and his son Admor HaEmtza'i; their redemption below was proof of additional strength given from Above to spread this Torah. Also, regarding Chanukah: the victory was not just against opposition to Torah or mitzvos in general, but as emphasized in our prayers—to turn them away from Your statutes (meaning they keep them because it is the Creator's will regardless of understanding), and to make them forget Your Torah specifically. They did not mind Torah study as wisdom alone—"for it is your wisdom and understanding in the eyes of the nations"—but opposed learning according to the sanctity and inner dimension of Torah—Your Torah specifically. See also at length on this topic in Be'er HaGolah on Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim siman 47 beginning "And what he wrote...", where Rabbi Yehuda says there is a mitzvah to publicize these things both generally and especially among those who dwell in the tents of Torah.
Although you did not mention your wife, I hope she too is involved in spreading Judaism.
