להאספכם היום יחד לשמוע דו"ח על העבודות והפעולות הטובות של ה"מרכז לעניני חינוך" ולדון על מצבו הגשמי, הנני מביע את ברכתי שתצליחו למצוא העצות והדרכים איך לחזק את המוסד הק' הזה, להעמידו על בסיס נכון, וליתן לו את האפשריות להרחיב חוג השפעתו.
המוסד "מרכז לעניני חינוך" הוא מיסודו של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע והי' יקר אצלו באהבה וחיבה יתירה, וכל אחד ואחת מאנ"ש שיחיו, לפי ערכם ומצבם, מחויב להשתתף בעבודה זו, הן בעבודה הגלוי' והן בעבודה החשאית - בשדה הרבצת החינוך הכשר והחזקתו, וקיום היהדות בטהרתה המסורתית בכל קצוי תבל.
בסיפוק האמצעים הדרושים להמוסד "מרכז לעניני חינוך" תלוי במדה גדולה התפשטות והתרחבות העבודה והתעמולה בכלל, ובפרט יסוד והחזקת בתי חינוך הכשר במקומות הנחוצים ביותר, עכ"פ.
האחריות אשר על שכם כולנו גדולה היא, ומילוי החסרון בממון הקל כאין נחשב נגדה.
תקותי, אשר כל אחד ואחד מהנאספים היום - ועל ידם בטח יומסר תוכן קריאתי זו גם לשאר ידידינו אנ"ש שיחיו, אשר פשיטא שגם אליהם מכוונת היא - יעריכו את דברי האמורים בזה, ויתנו אל לבם את גודל האחריות העמוסה עליהם, וישתדלו בכל יכולתם, לעזור לעבודת ה"מרכז לעניני חינוך" לכל סעיפי', ולתת לו על ידי זה את האפשריות למלא את תעודתו ותפקידו אשר הוטל עליו על ידי מיסדו כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר למלאותם מתאים לרצונו.
והשי"ת יזכה את כל אחד מאתנו לגשם את כל החלטותיו הטובות במילואן ומתוך הרחבה בגו"ר.

As you gather today to hear a report on the good works and activities of Merkaz L'Inyonei Chinuch and to discuss its material situation, I express my blessing that you succeed in finding advice and ways to strengthen this holy institution, to establish it on a proper foundation, and to give it the ability to expand its sphere of influence.
The institution "Merkaz L'Inyonei Chinuch" was founded by my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal (may his merit protect us), and it was exceedingly precious to him with great love and affection. Every member of Anash, according to their ability and situation, is obligated to participate in this work—both in open activity and in hidden efforts—in spreading proper education and maintaining it, as well as upholding pure traditional Judaism throughout all corners of the world.
The provision of necessary means for Merkaz L'Inyonei Chinuch greatly determines the expansion and growth of its work and outreach in general—and especially the founding and maintenance of proper educational institutions in places where they are most needed.
The responsibility that rests upon all our shoulders is great, and filling any financial shortfall is insignificant compared to it.
It is my hope that each participant today—and through them this message will surely reach our other friends among Anash as well (to whom it is obviously also directed)—will appreciate these words stated here, take to heart the great responsibility placed upon them, and strive with all their might to assist Merkaz L'Inyonei Chinuch in all its branches. By doing so, they will enable it to fulfill its mission and purpose as assigned by its founder—the revered previous Rebbe—in accordance with his will.
May Hashem grant each of us success in fully realizing all our good resolutions with abundance in children, life, and sustenance.
