הנה לפלא שכמה פעמים עוררתי את אנ"ש שיחיו, שכשמבקשים איזה ענין בעד מי שהוא, הנה יודיע ג"כ פרטים בנוגע לגילו, ומצבו המשפחתי, והעיקר מעמדו ומצבו בעניני תומ"צ, ומובן זה ג"כ בשכל, כי לכל השפעה צ"ל כלים מתאימים, וכיון שע"פ ההשגחה בא המבקש בקישור אתי - אף שבטח שעזרתו יכולה לבוא גם באופן אחר כיון שהקב"ה הוא המשפיע כל הענינים ובפרט לבני ובנות ישראל בבני חיי ומזוני דלאו בזכותא - אשר בבית דין - תליא מילתא, אלא במזל - הוא הקב"ה - תליא מילתא (ראה הערה האחרונה להשיחה דש"ק מברכים חדש אלול שנדפס בהפרדס דחדש תשרי השתא) -, הרי קרוב לומר שהכונה שצריך אני לעוררו על איזה ענין של תומ"צ ובמילא הרי עלי לדעת ממה להתחיל, אשר לזה נחוצות ידיעות הנ"ל, ובטח ימלא את זה במכתבו הבא...
מוסג"פ העתק מכתבי לסניפי אגודת נשי ובנות חב"ד במקומות שונים, ומהראוי הי' שיחפש תחבולות ועצות איך לסדר ענין זה גם במחנם הט', מובן שבאופן רשמי צ"ל זה ע"י נשים, אלא שהוא וב"ד שיחיו יהיו הרוח חיים במהלך העבודה, ולבשו"ט בכל הנ"ל אחכה.

In response to your message requesting a blessing for Mr..., it is surprising that I have repeatedly urged Anash to always provide details regarding the person's age, family status, and most importantly, their standing and situation in matters of Torah and mitzvos when making such requests. This is also logical, as every influence requires appropriate vessels. Since by Divine Providence the petitioner has come into connection with me—even though certainly help could come in another way since the Holy One, blessed be He, is the source of all blessings, especially for the sons and daughters of Israel in children, life, and sustenance not dependent on merit—since in Beis Din it depends on mazal (see the last note to the sichah of Shabbos Mevarchim Chodesh Elul printed in HaPardes for Tishrei this year)—it is likely that the intention is that I should awaken something regarding Torah and mitzvos. Therefore, I need to know where to begin, which requires the above information. Surely you will fulfill this in your next letter...
Enclosed is a copy of my letter to branches of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad in various places. It would be proper for you to seek strategies and advice on how to arrange this matter also within your own camp; obviously, officially this should be done by women, but you and your household should be the living spirit animating this work. I await good news regarding all the above.
