מה שתירץ באגה"ק ד"ה דוד זמירות (מ"ש בתורה לא ובאוא"ס כלא) שהוא מפני שאוא"ס מחי' עולמות, אינו נ"ל כאן מפני שבאגה"ק זו מבאר מעלה זו בתורה מפני שהיא מיוחדת באור א"ס ב"ה ולכן הוא לא ושם גופא כותב אשר לגבי א"ס ב"ה הוא כלא וא"ס ב"ה הוא למעלה מאור א"ס ב"ה וגם אוא"ס שהוא סיבת מעלת התורה צ"ל למעלה ממעלת המסובב היינו התורה.

Regarding what you answered in Igeres HaKodesh on "David Zmiros," (what is written in Torah 31 and in Or Ein Sof as nothingness) that it is because Or Ein Sof gives life to worlds: this does not seem correct here, because in this Igeres HaKodesh it explains that this quality is in Torah because it is united with the light of Ein Sof, blessed be He. Therefore it is "not," and there it writes that relative to Ein Sof, blessed be He, everything is as nothingness; and Ein Sof, blessed be He, is above even the light of Ein Sof. Also, Or Ein Sof—which is the reason for Torah's greatness—must be higher than what results from it, namely Torah itself.
