מוסג"פ מכתב לועד הסניפי לבית רבקה, ומטובו להשתדל אשר המענה יקדים לבוא בתשובות פרטיות ומפורטות על כל השאלות, אחת לא תעדר.
קבלתי מכתב מאחותו תחי' ולא מובן לי מה רצונה, אם בחפצה אשר הבית-רבקה יגישו בקשה עבורה או לאו, ואם הן, תשלח כל הידיעות והפרטים על אדותה. עלי להדגיש כי דרך זו אינה סלולה, ובקשה זו תהי' הראשונה במינה, ואשר ע"כ צ"ע אם דרך זו היא הכי טובה.

Enclosed is a letter to the Vaad HaSanifim for Beis Rivka, and I kindly ask that you endeavor to ensure the response arrives promptly with detailed and specific answers to all questions—none should be omitted.
I received a letter from his sister, may she live, but I do not understand her intent: does she wish for Beis Rivka to submit an application on her behalf or not? If yes, she should send all the information and details about herself.
I must emphasize that this path is not established, and such a request would be the first of its kind. Therefore, it is questionable whether this is truly the best approach.
