זה עתה נודעתי אשר קרוביו הנמצאים עתה בסמיכות אליו ושם משפחתם וויינריך, דרו בעיר שם גר אבי מורי הרה"ג והרה"ח ר' לוי יצחק ז"ל בשני חייו האחרונות. ובאשר עד היום לא עלתה בידי לקבל ידיעות ע"ד תקופת חייו זו, פרטי מחלתו, צוואתו, מיתתו, קבורתו וכו' ויום היא"צ הנה תודתי מקול"ע נתונה להם אם יואילו בטובם לכתוב לי עד"ז ולמצוה תחשב להם.
איני יודע כתובתם, ולכן הנני מטריחו בזה, ותקותי שימלאו בקשתי נפשיית זו.

I have just learned that his relatives who are now near him and whose family name is Weinerich lived in the city where my father, Harav HaGaon and Harav HaChassid Reb Levi Yitzchak z"l, resided during his last two years. Until today I have not been able to obtain information about this period of his life: details of his illness, his will, his passing, burial, etc., and the date of the yahrzeit. Therefore, my heartfelt thanks would be given if they would kindly write to me about this matter; it would be considered a mitzvah for them.
I do not know their address, so I am troubling you with this request and hope that you will fulfill this personal request of mine.
